This self catering house is located on a large stand (1200m2) facing north and has a beautiful private garden with a large oak tree and swimming pool. It offers easy access to the N4 and N1 highways and is within 5km of Hatfield, Menlyn and Brooklyn. The house is +-300m2 and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms catering for up to 7 persons sharing. The main bedroom has an on suite bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with build in oven, stove, and 2 fridge freezers with icemaker and water dispenser, microwave oven and cutlery / crockery. There is a separate scullery fitted with 2 washing machines and a tumble drier. The lounge has DSTV, a mini Hi-Fi with DVD / CD / MP3 player and an anthracite fireplace. All bedrooms have under floor heating that can be adjusted individually and fitted with linen and towels. Excellent security is offered whereby the house is fitted with alarm with panic buttons linked to ADT 24 hour armed security as well as electric fence on boundary walls enclosing the property, and also linked to ADT. The double garage doors and entrance gate is automated via remote control. The gate motor, electric fence and house alarm is on 3 battery back-up’s allowing for +- 20 hours downtime and recharge once electric supply resumes.
