Penny Royal Cottage

We just spent three nights at Penny Royal Cottage, and I would definitely recommend it. The flat was beautiful, easily accessible in the centre of Nelspruit but at the end of a cul-de-sac, so had a quiet feel with a beautiful view. The cottage had all the amenities, although we did struggle with finding a good size pot to cook in. Good distance from Kruger Park and the Blyde River Canyon for a variety of tourist sites.

Dankie Miems vir 'n rustige "besige Innibos 2012". Die plekkie was baie gerieflik en sentraal vir als wat ons wou doen en sien. Die sitkamer en balkon maak 'n groot verskil omdat mens kan kuier ook en nie net in 'n kamer vasgekluister is nie. Dankie vir die vriendelike groet elke oggend, maar ook dat julle ons privaatheid gerespekteer het.

We were treated like royalty! From the huge bowl of fresh fruit and bedside sweets to the huge bathtub, we really enjoyed our stay!!! The private entrance to the flat, nice balcony with view, etc was great! You can tell a little that the beds have been used in the past and it could have been slightly cleaner, but those are the only slight negatives I could even think of. We were especially impressed by the good value for money - lots of space for good price - and how the hosts bent over backwards to accomodate. We had vehicle trouble and without hesitation they drove 3 adults and a baby and all of our luggage 30 minutes away to the airport to pick up a rental car. And they wouldn't accept a cent as payment! Would highly recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed the cottage, well designed and equipped. Will go there again in future.

Penny Royal Cottage is a lovely place in a quiet area.
