Out of the Blue cottage is magnificently positioned in the seaside suburb of Seaforth, Simons Town, and offers breathtaking panoramic views over the False Bay coast and Roman Rock lighthouse. It is only a five minute walk to the Seaforth and Boulders beaches, the African penguin colony and restaurants.

The cottage is private, artistically decorated and allows you to relax, sit back and admire the view from the spacious veranda. An easy walk of just over ten minutes takes you into town to enjoy what the historic naval village has to share. The house comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room, well-equipped kitchen and a single garage.
