Room was clean, bed comfortable, however a tv would have been nice and the toilet worked intermittently.
We stayed overnight twice at the Farm on our way down to the cape and back. We have no complaints, staff helpful and dinner and breakfast OK, nothing fancy, especially not the breakfast. On our way back we were with my son and his wife and 2 children. Their room was nice but very hot with no air-con. The facilities differ from room to room and maybe that could be addressed.
Beautiful and peaceful stay. Only problem was that the kettle in our room leaked and did not work.
We had a truly delightful nights stay in Orange Valley guest farm. Thank you, will definitely recommend it and stay there again should be travel down there.
Loved it here as soon as I got out of the car and heard the river below my safari tent, so calming, just what I needed. Best sleep I've had in years. The dam and its surroundings nearby is beautiful, meal was good, felt safe as a woman travelling on my own. Bruce a real gentleman! Thanks again, will return one day.
