Nkonka Bush Lodge,31 October 2005
We all had the most fantastic weekend. Becky and Conway were perfect hosts in every way, they couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much effort.The children were also made to feel welcome and spoke about nothing else all the way home to Pretoria! We would all love to visit again, it was an unforgetable experience.

It was everything that we expected from a catering and accomodation point of view. Personal attention from the owners was excellent. The whole concept of treating all the guests as one big family works well. Would like to come back in Summer when more birds will be around.

Description
Situated in the beautiful, malaria free Waterberg, Nkonka Bush Lodge offers a chance to relax and experience the diverse African wildlife.
Lying just 2-3 hours North of Johannesburg or Pretoria, it’s an invitation to a tranquil bushveld getaway!
Accommodation comprises of 4 double or twin – bedded chalets all en suite and fully serviced. Family rooms can be prepared.
The small intimate nature of the camp allows for personal attention to all our guests needs, so that their stay is a memorable one.
The chalets encircle the splash pool where guests can relax under the African sun.
We are a fully catered lodge serving early morning tea and coffee, midmorning brunch, afternoon snacks and a 3 course sumptuous evening meal. All meals are enjoyed in the outside dining area and at night around the fire under star filled African skies. There is a separate lounge and bar with satellite TV for the guests to use at their leisure.
There is something for everyone at Nkonka, enjoy early morning and afternoon Game drives or walks with our experienced and qualified quide. With the abundant
animal and bird life there is a lot for the novice and experienced bush lover to enjoy.
We have a viewing hide and deck where guests can unwind and observe the wildlife.
Other activities can also be organised on request, elephant back rides, 4x4Trails, abseiling, horse riding, mountain biking, golf and days out to museums and Local points of interest.
At Nkonka Bush Lodge, one can spend their days filled with activities or just relaxing but all is ended sipping sundowners on the deck, watching another day in Africa pass!!
