with very clean and uncluttered lines and has been tastefully designed
and furnished for your every comfort.
The entrance hall area contains a beautiful rustic antique Chinese
sideboard and antique chairs. This area has a flavour all of its own.
The entrance area leads into a large bright and breezy lounge which
overlooks a lush section of the garden. The lounge contains three and
two-seater extremely comfortable couches, as well as a large TV with a
DSTV satellite system and large glass and steel coffee table.
Through optional folding doors, the clean lines and picture windows
continue and you will find a large open-plan dining room with floating
shelves containing many artistic objects of interest. Beneath the
floating shelves the sliding cupboard doors reveal crockery, glasses
and serving dishes sufficient for a minimum of 8-12 people. All you
need plus very much more! The dining room opens into the modern granite
topped kitchen area which is very well equipped with top quality
stainless steel saucepans, non-stick frying pans, kettle, toaster and a
stove with a glass hob and electric oven. Other electrical equipment
includes a full half fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and
microwave oven. The vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board are all
neatly stacked away in one of the press open cupboards. In the wide
secret kitchen drawer, you will find sufficient cutlery for 12 people,
plenty of kitchen utensils, tea towels and many other thoughtful and
useful little items.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom two single
beds. Fitted cupboards with sliding Japanese style doors reveal hanging
spaces with drawers beneath in both bedrooms. The linen is changed
weekly and is either cotton or a cotton blend. All bath as well as
beach and guest towels are provided and are also changed weekly.
The modern tiled bathrooms have superb showering facilities in each,
with excellent water pressure. The walk in shower-room has a toilet and
basin which guests would use. The main bathroom includes a bath,
shower, toilet and basin with floating open shelves beneath the basin
containing baskets for your personal toiletries.
The apartment is fully alarmed and connected to an armed response unit.
There is secure parking behind gates for 2+ cars in your own private
driveway. The house is serviced weekly which is included in your
rental. Any personal items can be laundered and/or ironed by
arrangement.
