Nebo Mountain Lodge is situated in the lee of the beautiful Witteberg Mountains, halfway between the historic towns of Fouriesburg and Ficksburg, the Cherry growing capital of South Africa. This beautiful district is bordered by the dramatic Maluti Mountains, guaranteeing breathtaking vistas in all directions... whatever season you visit.
We are a charming and historic guest house sleeping up to 16 guests in chalets and cottages in a park-like setting.
We offer bed & breakfast accommodation with dinners, lunches and picnics available by arrangement. Large communal areas can be used for group presentations, workshops, or just be enjoyed by individuals wishing to imbibe the history of this fascinating region.
Nebo is the perfect base for exploring our area; and there is so much to do and see! There are countless walks and mountain trails where you can find crystals and interesting fossils. Cherry picking time is particularly special, (November), but the sublime tranquility that is Nebo's special trademark lasts all year round. Horse-riding, Polo, 4x4's, white-water rafting, abseiling, golf, whatever your interest, however adventurous or relaxed you want to be, you will find it in this corner of the Eastern Free State.

Each room can sleep 4 in 2 double, or a combination of double and single beds. The large rooms have plenty of cupboard space, a small seating area, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a garden view from your verandah. The rooms have been individually decorated by the owner.
