With historic Simon's Town, Cape of Good Hope, and the world famous penguins just a short drive to the south and the bustle of the Waterfront and Table mountain a to the north, this is the ideal place to explore all the Cape has to offer.
At the house you can take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea in False Bay, home to the Southern Right Whales (in season) and the great white sharks. Or, you can relax by the splash pool on the lower terrace. There are over 30 restaurants and eateries in the vicinity to help you taste the delights of the Cape cuisine.

| The entire House can be rented as an exclusive Holiday home - Your hosts live close by in a separate home so the entire house can be used exclusively by your group. There are up to 6 double bedrooms, 5 are sea and Mountain facing one is mountain facing. There is 2 fully fitted Kitchens and two separate lounges so you can have some privacy for family or group members who wish to have their personal space. | Five bedrooms with magnificent sea and mountain views and one with mountain views.
All bedrooms have King sized beds (one is extra length), 100% cotton sheets with anti allergic duck down duvets.
Twin Beds, instead of a King beds, can be provided in all rooms on request.
5 bdrooms are en-suit and 1 Bedroom has a private, separate bathroom.
There are balconies on three bedrooms and patio’s off the private lounge next to two bedrooms. All balconies and patio’s have magnificent views of False Bay and the Cape Mountains to Chapman’s Peak at the Atlantic seaboard.
The accommodation can be rented in different configurations depending on our availability: -
- Individual rooms – either twin or king bed configurations for either single or double accommodation – some rooms can sleep an additional child if requested.
- A flat-let unit with two bedrooms a private kitchen and a private lounge-
- The full House which has all the six bedrooms, two kitchens and two lounges and a dinning room.
- There is accommodation for up to 12 adults and two/three children sharing.
