Delightful


A very delightful accommodation, close to local amenities and in a beautiful block of well presented chalets. The decor is basic but comfortable. We enjoyed our one night stay very much. David & Kate Price

Description



Welcome to beautiful Swellendam, nestled at the foot of the majestic Langeberg Mountains. Situated in the heart of this tranquil town you can find the Mint Cottages, cosy thatched self-catering accommodation.

The six cosy thatch cottages are self-catering, with fully-functional kitchens and bathrooms, as well as seperate lounges and master bedrooms.

Braai facilities are available on site and all cottages have garden views. The Mint Cottages are on the main street of beautiful Swellendam, nestled at the foot of the majestic Langeberg mountains.

Swellendam has much to offer visitors who have an interest in history, nature and outdoor activities.

Situated on the N2, approximately 240km from both Cape Town and George, Swellendam is the perfect choice for a halfway stopover or as a base from which to explore the area.

Popular activities in and around Swellendam are hiking, climbing, fishing, golfing, horse riding and canoeing. Scenery includes river, mountains, forests and lakes.
