Description
Mossel Bay Backpackers is a youth hostel at The Point in Mossel Bay. We are located 300 m from the beachfront and are within 1 km of all major attractions, including the Bartolomeu Dias Museum and the Old Post Office Tree.
Activities in the area include shark cage diving, deep sea fishing trips, Garden Route Big 5, horse riding and diving. The nice and safe environment is ideal for day and night walks along the beach, or a mountain trail. We have great for whale watching between July and November.
We also have superb pub-crawling watering holes where no driving is needed - at least five within 500 m.
We offer all the necessary facilities including dormitory beds and double rooms, a self-catering kitchen, a lounge with a TV, a pool table, as well as a swimming pool and bar. Breakfasts and dinners, some being fish barbecues, are available. Information and booking on attractions and activities are provided.
Try this lovely homely but active atmosphere. We regret no children under the age of 18 are permitted.
