Drifters Maun Camp

Die kamp is baie goed onderhou, en as jy van stilte hou is dit net die plek, in die kampterrein het ons meer as 10 voelsoorte onderskei, en ook fantastiese sonsondergange beleef. Ook n goeie plek om as basis te gebruik as jy nie omgee om 30 km in te ry na Maun, die Boteti rivier bied ook hier n ideale hengel geleentheid. Slegs een negatief en dit is wanneer die kragopwekker stop is die kamp donker, ek stel voor dat daar solar ligte in die toilette geinstaleer word, asook langs die paadjies. Baie dankie.

The camp is beautifully situated the sites are clean and grassy. Abolution blocks are great BUT Very noisy generator and food not available unless 24hrs notice given (there is nothing in the website or correspondence that says you need to give notice). Camp manager very diffident about problems.

This place can do as a picnic spot. It is unsuitable for camping for the following reasons: 1. Camping on dusty ground only; 2. Grass poor and no cars allowed on; 3. No fireplaces; 4. Dirty and rudimentry dishwashing place; 5. No clothes washing possible; 6. Noisy generator from 6am to 10 pm. Simply the worst camping place we have ever been to.

Really stunning place to camp. Loved the facilities and the view!
