A special place to stay
Lily Pond combined for us fantastic service in a special location. Our three teenage children were welcomed just as much as everybody else, despite the fact that all other visitors were couples. The Garden Room was delightful, the food and wine met our exacting standards and we recommend it highly.

Luxurious lodge
We were really impressed with the lodge. The surroundings and the facilities were all faultless. The staff were friendly and incredibly helfpul, helping us to plan our days activities. We felt thoroughly pampered throughout our stay. Dinner was well prepared and served in lovely surroundings starting with drinks in front of a roaring fire.
A really nice touch was on chilly evenings to find a hot water bottle warming the bed.
Cannot recommend it highly enough - and such good value.

This “Afro-Zen”style lodge is ideally situated to explore Tsitsikamma National Park or to simply relax and enjoy nature. Surrounded by 12 hectares of magnificent indigenous forest. Close to Nature’s Valley beach and Plettenberg Bay. Its 10 suites and rooms, each with private wooden patio, view beautiful lily ponds. Lily Pond is a mixture of modern comfort, personalized attention and tranquility. Owner Margret cooks with flair and presents her dishes delicately. Large salt water swimming pool. Restaurant with patio,overlooking the ponds and pool. Enjoy the abundant bird/butterfly life, or relax in the outdoor Jacuzzi in the ponds. Therapeutic massage treatments available.
