The rich. diverse ecology and scenic variety provide a stimulating backdrop to an unforgettable experience.
Kamala Game Reserve lies in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It has a temperate climate and is disease free, in particular it is malaria free.
We have a variety of unique lodges that blend very well into the natural environment. They were built with attention to detail from mostly natural materials. The lodges are designed and built by the owners ensuring a personal touch.

This lodge is built at the base of a natural krantz overlooking the Little Fish River. This luxury bush camp caters for 12 exclusive guests.
Each en-suite room is tastefully decorated to fit in with the natural environment, has a private lounge, veranda and cozy fire place for those chilly winter evenings.

The Sheercliffs Adventure Lodge (sleeps 10) has four en-suite rooms with a yellowwood and Acacia bar, entertainment area and dining room with conference facilities. The lodge is situated at the foot of the magnificent Boschberg mountain range.

The Mountain Cottage is a quaint hideway for two couples or a small family. It has two en-suite rooms and is nestled below the 6000ft Bruijnieshoogte mountain range. It has a lounge, indoor fireplace, kitchen, braai area.

This rustic lodge offers accommodation for a maximum of 10 people. It has 3 bedroooms (1 en suite) and an upstairs bunk room. AN outdoor braai area is nestled in the bush.

Acacia is our new lodge. It has 4 rooms, each with their own en-suite. 2 of these en-suites have jacuzzi baths in them. The animals come and graze right outside the ldoge and you have a stunning view of the mountain. The lodge is fully equipped for self-catering.
