Sandstone rock lodge-self catering -
06 August 2007
The Sandstone rock lodge is just right for two and I love the fact that no mosquito can get in. The stay was very comfortable and relaxing, taking you away from the busy city life. Extremely prompt, warm and friendly service. Game drive was fantastic! We'll definitely visit again. If you are considering any other Game Reserve above Jobedi, don't.

We are working together with LCP (Leopard Conservation Project) to save and collar as many leopards in our area and have currently 3 collard leopards. The last male Motsomi has been released successfully on the 3rd February 2008. Ask our guides to show you the collared leopard map and how a cell phone collar shows their position on computer.
The Reserve is partly mountainous, with gorges, waterfalls and hanging cliffs, offering the best spectacular vista in Africa. Open savannah plains and bush that vary from pristine to ravine together with impassable wild areas create a haven for more than 28 species of game, including giraffe, nyala, bushbuck, eland, zebra, black and blue wildebeest and the mysterious leopard.
Jobedi Game Reserve – incredible scenic beauty, veritable feast of indigenous vegetation and bush tranquility … for you to explore and enjoy.
Our game drives with experienced guides have been highly praised and promise to be an experience not easily forgotten.
Jobedi Game Lodge is an ideal venue for conferences, team building or even school groups.
Jobedi has been praised on numerous occasions and guests have been delighted with our reasonable prices.

This quaint cockeyed thatched house is situated at a waterhole near one of the river-streams leading to our beautiful swimming hole. It has three bedrooms, bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen and a screened verandah overlooking a waterhole. Impala Guest house is a relaxing place. Cook around the fire while enjoying the great view.
This unit is ideal for little ones as they cannot get off the verandah if the screen door is latched and is equally enjoyable for Granny and Grandpa to sit and relax watching the animals, while the family exert themselves around the reserve.
