They deserve another STAR
NB: Know that i was on Social Visit and came with SUZAN [Female]
It was very good and sad by the time we must leave as we got ourself a Good Family from the Young Family. Their food was so delicious and on high standard cooking rate
[They do really deserve to get another STAR].

Wonderful atmosphere and great cooking !!
As I travel internationally all the time, having the right place to stay is always important. As I was residing at the Lodge for over 4 weeks, I found it fantastic - a home away from home experience. Both Jenny & Graham were available 24x7 which is very unusual in most Guest Lodges. The food was great, they cater to your needs and the rooms were comfortable, of high quality and secure. Our establishment caters mainly for the Corporate traveller. As the units are limited to a maximum of two persons, Highlands Lodge is not suitable for younger children which assures our guests of a peaceful quiet and relaxing visit.
Conference venue
Our conference facility is suitable for a maximum of 16 delegates. The extensive Menu caters for Vegetarian and Halaal persons. While our kitchen is not halal we do serve halal meat when there are halal delegates.
Description
Set on 2000m2 of park like garden Highlands Lodge, a 3 star graded establishment in Cape Town North offers guests the peace and tranquility expected of the Durbanville Winelands from where there is easy access to all areas. Eight well appointed, individually furnished en-suite rooms with kitchenette, tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Separate entrance off the garden affords guests extra privacy. TV with M-net, Double rooms have a king size bed. Twin rooms available on request. Maximum two persons per unit. We serve a sumptuous farm style breakfast which may be enjoyed on the sun drenched patio. Other meals by arrangement. The garden has a thatch lapa under which you will find a spa in which to soak away your stress! FREE wireless internet access in all areas. We also have a computer connected to ADSL for the guests use.
