Bedr 1 : Queen bed, en-suite bathr, tv, elect safe and aircon. Bedr 2: Double bed, sharing 2nd bathroom with shower, aircon. Bedr 3: 2 Three quarter beds, sharing 2nd bathr Percale linen, down duvets, soft blankets, towels, toiletries and bathrobes are provided. The open plan living area offers a modern kitchen (well equipped) with granite tops, dining room and lounge with comfortable leather furniture that opens onto the patio and an outside braai area. Additional luxuries are Aircons, 2 TV'S, DSTV, DVD, radio and CD player. The unit is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave etc. Fully fenced large garden with lockup garage, carport, trailer- and extra parking with ample security in and around unit.
