Description

A breathtaking view of the Sea, Robberg and lagoon greets you upon entering this ground floor apartment. Then you get the feeling of being in a luxury yacht as you absorb the navy blue and white color theme throughout the living area and three bedrooms. Finally you get that satisfied feeling as you appreciate the up market security resort with immaculately manicured gardens, lawns and golf course. The 44 ha estate is fully security fenced with 24 hr patrols. On arrival you will have to stop at reception to pay a R50 refundable deposit for your electronic key to enable you to access the estate. The facilities available are: The 18 hole Gary Player designed golf course with club house, pro shop, ladies bar, driving range, putting green and chipping green and Linga Longa restaurant. Other sports facilities include tennis courts, squash court, and ample space for jogging and walking in the gardens. For the younger ones this is a great venue for bicycles with literally km’s of safe roads and pathways. The apartment W3 is situated just 50 m from the fenced swimming pool with its spectacular view. Goose Valley is just 2km from the new Pick & Pay shopping complex and another 1 km takes you to one of only 10 Blue Flag beaches in South Africa namely Look Out Beach. The living area has seating for 6 people with a magnificent view. There is a TV, DVD, Video and a DSTV decoder. Please bring your own smart card for DSTV. The dining room table seats 6. The open patio has an outside table and chairs for six. There is also a Weber and a patio umbrella for your enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with a white crockery set and cutlery for 12 settings. Tea set, coffee mugs and all the utensils that you will need in a kitchen are provided, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge freezer. The main bedroom has a double bed with a shower and toilet en suite. The view over looks the ocean and a sliding door onto the patio. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each room. The main bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet. All beds have duvets with a double set of linen. For the cooler months each bed has electric blankets, extra luxury blankets, and a heater in each room. The electric plugs are conveniently situated for hair driers and other electrical appliances. Two sets of bath and hand towels are also supplied. December booking minimum 2 weeks including Xmas. Three weeks if including Xmas and New Year.
