Four Rosmead is an exclusive guesthouse situated on the slopes of Table Mountain in the select residential suburb of Oranjezicht. The guesthouse enjoys 360° views of the mountain, Lions Head, Signal Hill, Table Bay and the city. It is within walking distance of the city as well as vibrant Kloof Street, which is well known for its restaurant and café culture.
Built in 1903, Four Rosmead is a classified monument that is being sensitively and stylishly re-modeled. The result is a Cape contemporary classic with a rich history. Interiors are chic with a subtle yet distinctive African spirit.
Accommodation consists of 8 bedrooms. There is 1 suite, four deluxe and three luxury bedrooms, each of which is individually decorated. All the bedrooms are en-suite and have the following amenities: extra length queen or twin beds, highest quality linens, air-conditioning, heated towel rail, satellite TV, telephone, bar-fridge, electronic safe, coffee and tea facility, bath robes and broadband, wireless internet access. Some rooms have fireplaces.
Four Rosmead offers the following facilities: continental or full English breakfasts, swimming pool with loungers, landscaped gardens and off street parking. In addition, various stress relieving and invigorating therapies are offered by trained professionals in a Holistic Pamper Spa.
Services include airport transfers, car hire, laundry, theatre/restaurant reservations and booking day tours to Cape Point and the Winelands, including Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. English and French are spoken.
