Beautiful part of the world,22 October 2007
It was a lovely farm stay in a beautiful part of the world. We were a little late for the flowers but we still managed to see quite a lot- with the help of Estelle and Peter. They are very interesting people and Peter has a great sense of humour which was much appreciated. Estelle is an excellent home maker. Cosy Mountain will go down on my list of " must be repeateds".

It was good - just would have liked a curtain in bedroom or kitchen.
But the stay was excellent and appreciated the wine idea after nearly thirty years. Nice quiet place and we needed the rest.

Cosy Mountain is an unspoilt, eco friendly outdoor getaway just off the N7 highway linking Cape Town and Namibia. Situated just minutes away from the entrance to the Namaqua National Park, Cosy Mountain offers the perfect holiday, or weekend break.
Our double rooms, situated in a charming 200 year old farmhouse, are all en-suite, with a private entrance and are serviced daily.
Our guests make full use of our fine evening dinners, which we serve around a sociable eight-seater dining table in our enormous farm style kitchen. Breakfasts are a full cereal, bacon, eggs, toast and yogurt setting. We also cater for vegetarians, vegans and any other healt diets and requeste.
For those that prefer spending time outdoors, our campsites are remote and seperated from other campers. These sites offer private bathrooms. We aim to provide you with privacy and comfort in a strictly environment friendly atmosphere.
