It was built with red sand and three layer bricks giving coolness in summer and warmth by fire place in the winter.
Seated on a 3000sqm piece of land nestled against city hill, the trees house the local bird population, giving this home a feel of country farm lifestyle on the outskirts of the city centre
Evergreen Accommodation lies 2km from the front gate to the Central Business City Centre.

Their are Eight rooms in the main house: Two rooms can sleep 3 people per room.
Four rooms can sleep 4 people per room:
Two rooms are Backpacker / Contractor rooms which sleep 8 people
per room and 6 people per room respectively 14 in total in these two rooms.
The rooms have fridges, tables , chairs, couches and DSTV Television.
The Kitchen is a fully equipped Communal kitchen.
The bathrooms facilities are Communal in the main house.
