We offer you warm hospitality, a place to relax, unwind and revel in the beauty and opulence of nature, while our resident Chef will make sure that you are never left hungry offering true South African traditional cuisine and our friendly and qualified personnel cater to your every need. 285 species of birds have been identified, over 38 species of Game abound on this beautiful reserve amongst the many species to be found are kudu, waterbuck, zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, blesbuck and the elusive and beautiful leopard. Activities on offer at Etango include Game walks, game drives, nature trails, bass fishing, bush barbecues, birding, bush breakfasts, tree identification, night drives, paintball and boma evenings. Activities in close proximity include: quad biking, horse safaris, cheetah and wild dog breeding project, and much more. Etango is less than two hours' drive from Johannesburg International Airport, making this bushveld paradise readily accessible to both local and international guests. The main lodge is set in the heart of the bushveld, overlooking a water hole, a broad expanse of bushveld and the magnificent Waterberg mountain range. This inspiring and beautiful lodge blends in with the bushveld surroundings and is under thatch. Etango has 10 en suite chalets each can accommodate up to 4 Guests (2 upstairs and 2 downstairs).
