The location and room were both excellent. The pool was a welcome relief from the hot African sun. Only downside was being woken at 4am when five other guests left for their flight!

In the middle of the picturesque Cape Winelands , Pierre and Mieke welcome gueststo 'De Wingerd', bordering the vineyards on the slopes of Paarl Mountain Nature Reserve, the second-largest granite outcrop in the world.
Large fully equipped air-conditioned rooms are designed for personal comfort and open
onto a private terrace or garden with stunning valley views.
The idyllic environment, many places of interest, good wines, good food and friendly people promises you a memorable stay. Wine Estates , Golf Courses and delicious Restaurants are only minutes away.
De Wingerd Wijnland Lodge has four luxury en-suite rooms and one standard en-suite room. Two of the luxury rooms and the standard room offer queen-size beds and two luxury rooms are twin bedded rooms of which one includes a sleeper coach and can be used as a triple room.
The fully equipped Standard room is slightly smaller and has no private terrace.
All our rooms have Air-conditioning - TV – Barfridge - Hairdryer - Coffee or Tea making facilities - Digital Safe – Toiletries - Laundry services.
All guests are welcome at the private guest lounge with cosy fire place and at the relaxing garden with heated pool.
