Description

This loving restored guesthouse, built a century ago, received a merit award from the Heritage Potchefstroom Foundation in 2007. Its central location, close to the North West University, the Built shopping centre main Aardklop terrain and the hockey astro-fields make it the ideal accommodation for families, Unisa students, post graduates, researchers and culture vultures attending the Aardklop Arts Festival.

The six spacious rooms are stylishly furnished with en-suite bathrooms, wireless Internet connections and private entrances. Parking is safe, barbeque facilities with a pool table for own entertainment. The six rooms have double beds with en-suite bathrooms, bar fridge and DSTV. Facilities include a coffee maker in room, desk and dry cleaning and laundry. Family rooms are available. Wheel chair accessible.

My gran and I stayed at d'Oude Molen Guesthouse from the 1st to the 3rd of October during this year’s Aardklop fest. It was a truly lovely stay, the rooms where neat and tidy and what I personally loved the most was the fact that you where given a key and remote and could come and go as you pleased without disturbing anybody.
