It leads to a private patio with delightful small garden and the apartment boasts a heated pool, shared by all guests. It also has an outside dining area with BBQ and outdoor seating for four.   This wonderful holiday accommodation is in a peaceful neighborhood and you can rest assured because it has an alarm system, intercom and garage.   Lounge: combined lounge and bedroom with queen size bed with side lights, big wardrobe, 4-seater table and satellite- TV with DStv (English Channels) and Deukom (German Channels); sliding door open onto patio and garden. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer in separate room.   Bathroom: Bathroom with shower cabin, basin/ cabinet and toilet. Soft fluffy towels provided.   Business equipment: ADSL Internet access at extra charge of R30.00 per day   Outside: Beautiful patio with 4-seater table under sunshade, barbecue facilities, two sun loungers and flower beds, illuminated during the night. 45qm heated swimming pool heated, weekly cleaned, to be shared with the other parties at Constantia Cottages, with loungers add to the amenities of the guests.   Parking: in double garage with direct access to the chalet.   Alarm System: sensors inside and outside – connected to ADT Armed Response; intercom system with camera outside at the gate and video screen inside the cottage   Services: maid service every Tuesday, at no charge. Garden service weekly.
