A wide range of sporting facilities offered at the Hotel includes daily guided walks, guided horse and pony rides, tennis, squash,swimming, bowls, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, floodlit mini-adventure golf & trout fishing, biking, Wi-Fi internet. The hotel’s immaculate 9-hole golf course has been termed “the thinking golfer’s course” and has alternate tees for a challenging 18-hole game.
A stunning recreational area complete with heated pool, gym and steam bath is set against the backdrop of the spectacular Cathedral range. The terraced landscape incorporates rocks and flora indigenous to the Cathedral Peak area and the pool bar & braai boma offer spectacular views of the valley and golf course – a popular setting for early evening sundowners.
For an unforgettable experience, guests have the unique opportunity of lifting off in the hotel’s resident helicopter to obtain a bird’s eye view of the majestic mountains.
In the evenings Guests spend time with friends and family in Albert’s Cocktail Bar around a roaring log fire, or in the informal “Harry’s Bar” for a game of pool or darts.

The hotels children's dining room operates from 5.30pm until 9.30pm.  

Children are not allowed in the adults dining room after 8pm.  The

evening dress code in the dining room is smart-casual (no shorts after

6.30pm).  Children are welcome to join their parents in Alberts Cocktail

Bar at any time however children cannot be seated at the bar counter due

to liquor law stipulations.  Children are also welcome in the main Hotel

lounge where they can relax with their parents.

Rates are per person daily and inclusive of Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, Mid morning and afternoon tea.

First two people in a room are charged adults sharing rate regardless of age.

3 - 5 yrs  R320.00 - R345.00

6-10 yrs  R475.00 - R500.00

2 night minimum policy applies on weekends.

Peak periods  12-15 December  minimum booking (4 nights)

                           19 December - 5 January  (minimum 5 night stay).

Consumption of own liquor on the premises is not permitted.

No pets allowed
