Easter Weekend in Cape Town
We were very pleased with our stay at the Cape Manor Hotel. It is a stone throw away from the beachfront and a 5 min drive to the V&A Waterfront.

Nice Atmosphere
We stayed 4 nights in cape town and we had very nice stay there. They even let us check in at 8 am (because we arrived so early).
Breakfast was also good. It is close to the waterfront by car....

Description
The Cape Manor Hotel is ideally situated in the tree lined street of Marais Road, just seconds away from the Atlantic Coast beachfront, and a five minute shuttle to the famous V&A Waterfront - Africa's most visited destination. The Cape Manor Hotel is the only independently operated three star hotel in the area. Personally overseen by the owner and family, who pride themselves on the friendly hospitality of their staff, and 'home away from home' ambience. The Cape Manor Hotel, a truly independent, family operated, Full Service hotel has undergone a multi million rand makeover during the winter months Richard Ward, General Manager of the hotel , says ‘because of the excellent location, and home away from home experience that we offer, the hotel has become very popular with both oversees and local tourists, who are staying longer, and requiring a ‘half board’ package. This has put pressure on our restaurant and leisure facilities’ In order to react to these marketing trends, the restaurant has been doubled in size, and the designers have created a breakfast room that flows naturally onto a new swimming pool area. In addition a separate reading/quiet lounge area has been incorporated. All this has been achieved without detracting from the homely feel of the hotel
