Bridgewater B and B is an owner managed guesthouse offering friendly, relaxed and homely hospitality. It is conveniently situated on the main road opposite the lagoon meaning we have the most magnificent of views. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, restaurants, ferries and the Knysna Quays Waterfront.

Comfortable rooms are either lagoon facing or lead off to a quiet garden courtyard. All rooms are en suite and are equipped with a TV (M-Net and shared DStv). Tea/coffee trays, heaters, hot water bottles, ceiling fans, hairdryers and a safe are available. Enjoy a generous breakfast while watching the boats on the lagoon. Parking is on the premises. ADSL Internet (workstation and Wi-fi), a laundry service, a hospitality fridge and guest fridge is available to guests. Master/Visa credit cards are accepted.

Relax in the guest lounge or at the swimming pool. Canoes are available for the more energetic. We are seconds from the water’s edge. Golf courses offering spectacular views and beautiful beaches are within a 15 minute drive. Indigenous forests, wonderful day walks, exhilarating adventure activities and game drives are all close by.

We stayed at Bridgewater for 3 days and 4 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Very friendly and helpful in every way. We were advised on restaurants, how to get there. Help was provided on laundry problems and booking the ferry. Breakfast was absolutely great and the rooms were very comfortable. Every evening the lights and heater were one when we came home. We will recommend this B&B to everyone.

A comfortable place on the edge of town. The owner, Pat, couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Would stay here again
