Avanti is located in sought-after Bantry Bay, only 35m from the sea and about 60m from the nearest beach, Saunders Rocks. Walk to the famous Clifton beaches in about 20 minutes. Camps Bay is approximately 5 minutes drive by car. Cape Town City centre and V&A Waterfront only about 7 minutes by car. 

We offer attractively furnished double en suite bedrooms, four with showers and one with a bath and overhead shower. The four rooms with showers offer side views of the sea, the sunset and Lions Head from the balconies/patios. The room with the bath and overhead shower has a patio leading to the small communal pool and garden. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds. Avanti has refined comforts and added extras. The warm, friendly hospitality of the owners and the tranquility of this lovely villa make guests feel happy and relaxed
