An additional single foldout bed is available. All bedding and towels are provided (EXCLUDING swimming towels) for short term lets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances such as washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and microwave oven.
The lounge has a TV, music centre and dvd and dstv is enabled with 1,2,3, and e and more on request.
Kommetjie has stunning sunsets and it offers close walking distance (5min) to the main swimming beach, local shops in the village and the slipway.
Kommetjie's beaches offer excellent swimming, surfing, wind-surfing, walks and relaxation. There are many hiking trails within close proximity to Kommetjie, on the Mountains behind or in the Silvermine Nature Reserve a short distance away.
Silvermine has one of the most spectacular hikes that will take you to the top of Silvermine and let you look down into the Republic of Hout Bay and over one of the worlds famous scenic drives Chapman’s Peak drive.
Sunvalley is 8km from Kommetjie and has a brand new shopping mall containing major retail stores, a large Pick ‘n Pay supermarket, restaurants and cinemas. The famous and spectacular Chapmans Peak is only 15 minutes away.
The coastal towns of Simon’s Town, Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay are 10-15km away and offer many seafood restaurants, coffee houses and curio shops.

The apartment is serviced weekly for short term lets and monthly for the longer lets. Lock up garage and off road parking for boats and trailers.
No smoking is allowed in the house but there is a garden.
Excellent monthly rates are also available upon inquiry however a Minimum stay of 2 days is applicable.
