Situated in the peaceful suburb of Universitas in Bloemfontein, 1 km from the Haldon road turn-off from the N1.



Conveniently close to the Free State rugby and cricket stadiums, Mimosa Mall and the Loch Logan Waterfront shopping mall. We offer three spacious rooms with queen size beds finished in beautiful Oregon pinewood. Rooms have separate entrances and their own lawns where you can braai and relax after a busy day. The bar fridge is fully stocked and will be operated on an honesty basis to quench the biggest thirst. Every room has an en-suite bathroom with spacious showers. The Elephant room has a full bathroom ideal for female guests. Each room is fitted with a DSTV decoder for your personal viewing pleasure.

Had a good stay. Arno was very helpful as we did not know Bloemfontein very well. Room was neat and tidy with everything we needed. Will be back if ever we need a place to stay in the "states". Thanks.

We had a brilliant time at Arras. Our host, Arno, certainly went the extra mile for us making us feel at home and allowing us to host friends using his gorgeous lapa and braai facilities. Friendly, warm and confortable, a home from home. We would recommend this guest house and would certainly book again should we be in the area. Thank you Arno.

One of the most commendable aspects of our stay at Arras was the personal attention given by the owner ensuring our comfort. The room was adequate and quite clean. On arrival the owner was not only available to meet us but also provided assistance in helping us navigate around the city of Bloemfontein.
