It is such a pleasure to introduce you to our Africlassic River Lodge-Rivonia, overlooking the beautiful Braamfontein spruit. This is surely an unbelievable serene and scenic location and we invite you to make contact with us for any accommodation requirements.

We have 28 luxury rooms guest suites. All guest suites are equipped with one double bed, a bar fridge, a mini-kitchenette, cutlery, crockery and microwave. Each with its own character and African warmth, also now with a fully-equipped exercise gym. A freshly prepared breakfast is available each morning and can be served anytime between 07h00 and 09h00 in the intimate Family Room where the fresh air and soothing sound of running water will prepare our guests for the day ahead.

For those in need of a conference, we just initiated our conference facility that seats up to 12 people, laid out with all the needed equipment and finished off with beautiful scenery.

Should you wish us to do any grocery shopping on your behalf we will gladly arrange such for a small service fee and place it in the guest suite.

Our unique decorative theme will over time celebrate the cultural excellence and diversity of our African Continent. Each guest suite is named after an African country and is decorated with authentic artifacts and cloth from each specific country. We trust that you will enjoy the ambience this creates as much as we do sourcing these items.

We are conveniently near Woodmead, Rivonia, Sandton and Sunninghill.

A gem to find!

I found Africlassic River Lodge on the internet and that always has a risk that the accommodation may not live up to the way it appears. Africlassic however, far exceeded all expectations. The staff have the professional qualities of being friendly, personal and attentive. The location is fantastic, and the photos of the lawn down to the river at the rear of the property don't do it justice. We always felt safe and were given suggestions on where to eat, shop and tour. We had a lovely stay here. Anyone looking for an African experience in the city, this is the place to stay. The staff are very friendly, and went out of the way to make us feel welcome. The room, or should I say, apartment, was large and spacious, and the African decor is absolutely stunning. We felt very welcome, and we will be back!!

We had a lovely stay at Africlassic. We had a beautiful room with a beautiful view of the river... The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. It was exactly what we were looking for!! Romantic inexpensive and very very lovely!! we will certainly be staying there again!!!!
