Description

Africa On Sea is an upmarket self-catering guest house situated on the Bluff in Durban and can accommodate 15 guests in three units.

The Lion's Den sleeps four guests in a queen-size bed and two sleeper couches. It is an open-plan unit with its own separate entrance. It has a shower, a hand basin and a toilet en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit has air-conditioning. The unit also features a 32-inch TV.

The Cheetah Suite sleeps two guests in a king-size bed and has its own separate entrance. The en-suite bathroom has a bath, a shower, twin hand basin and a toilet. The suite features a 32-inch TV, a bar fridge, a microwave, a kettle and is air-conditioned.

The Upper House sleeps nine guests in four bedrooms. The bedrooms comprise the Zebra Room with a queen-size bed, The Elephant and Giraffe Rooms each with two single beds and The Eagles Nest, an upstairs loft, with three single beds. There are two bathrooms, one full bathroom and the other with a shower only. There is also another separate toilet with hand basin. There is an open-plan lounge with a 42-inch TV, dining room and breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped. All the bedrooms as well as the lounge are air-conditioned.

There is a large swimming pool, a thatched bar/entertainment area with braai/barbeque facilities and secure off-street parking.

Garvies Beach is a five-minute walk away and Ansteys Beach is a 3 km drive away. The house is located in close proximity to several shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and numerous take-away outlets.
