African Silhouette Guesthouse Garden Retreat is situated only 20 km from the O R Tambo Johannesburg Airport, just outside the city (Kempton Park and Benoni borders) in Marister. Leave the city lights behind on 3rd Avenue Bredel and enter the countryside. 

We invite all travellers. Tourists, Business Executives, Honeymooners and those who are in transit who need accommodation, while waiting in between flights.  African Silhouette Guesthouse offers comfortable, relaxed, spacious accommodation in a Thatch Guesthouse, where each room boasts its own entrance, own secret garden with exciting hot/cold water out side showers and much more. The Guesthouse is stylishly decorated to compliment the architecture of this building. The  South African Art, African Footprints, Fauna and Flora, Pebbles and weaving, all compliment in harmony to warmly welcome every guests.

Mosaic Carpet: Petach Tiqvah - the Door of Hope, reflects in warm amber, blue and mirror, the hope found in this place. African Silhouette Guesthouse Garden Retreat is more than just a guesthouse. It is a place where each guests can be refreshed, rejuvenated and be replenished after a long journey to depart from here with vision, hope and purpose. Landscaped gardens surrounds and compliment this beautiful guesthouse and creates the perfect ambience. t African Silhouette Guesthouse we still wake up to the sound of Chickens, Country Birds like Guinea Fowl, Egyptian Geese, Geese, and other farm animals such as horses etc. as well as percolated Coffee.

Suzanne is the most wonderful hostess I have ever had the privaledge of meeting. Went way beyond the call of duty. It is refreshing to see someone that truly cares about someone else's well-being. She is really considerate. The food was amazing. Presentation is breathtaking. Room was exquisite! I could not be more happy. Was an absolute awesome stay! I will be back!
