I only give a 1 star rating for the clean and neat bedding and the fact that there is heaters when it is extremely cold.  The hostess was polite on arrival and said if we need anything we can just ask.... tried knocking on the front door with no response had to call the hostess to come out and assist us. This is really a misrepresentation of the Self-Catering Unit! The television is on a awkward place as there is only a 2 plate stove for cooking all the steam of cooking is directly to the back vents of the television I had to move the little stove close to the window to make sure the televisio...

Kindly note that Zoe Self Catering and B&B in Worcester South Africa is completely misrepresenting themselves on your website.I had multiple nights booked for myself and colleagues, but we left after the first night. Firstly, they are representing themselves as a B&B, but they do not offer any meals. The so-called private bathroom for the Twin room isn’t private at all as you need to walk down the hall (communal hallway) to the bathroom, you can also look straight into the shower cubicle from the toilet which have separate entrances. The individual rooms does not have the facilities...

Firstly the photos are misleading (5 sleeper cottage). There was supposed to be 3 rooms in total but there was only 2. One room now has to sleep 3 people. The sleeper coach is harder than the floor. We arrived on a 35 degree summer's day only to be told that the poolpump was faulty (and the pool green) and couldn't be used. One of the reasons for my booking was the pool! The fridge (a very old one) was plugged in on our arrival and didn't keep anything cold with the tiny freezer compartment not having a flap either which rendered it useless as nothing could be frozen. The glasses were all so...

Had a good stay. Few things that need attention like the spiderwebs in the bathroom and the shower-head. Overall it was a pleasant stay and i would return.
