Extending over 10,000 hectares of bushveld, Zelda Game and Guest Farm offers guests an opportunity to relax on a real Namibian cattle and game ranch close to Gobabis and the Transkalahari Border Post. 5,000 hectares of the farm have been fenced off to form the game park in which a variety of wildlife roams freely.

Our individually furnished rooms with en-suite bathrooms invite guests to spend a few days on this tranquil game farm and to get to know the charming Namibian hospitality and atmosphere. The resident Nharo Bushmen families, who have lived in the area for hundreds of years, are proud to share their fascinating heritage and traditional knowledge with our guests.

Zelda Game and Guest Farm offers 16 comfortable rooms, three of which are disabled-friendly. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee-making facilities, a private terrace, and a safe. To ensure a restful night, guests will find mosquito nets, air-conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Some of the rooms also boast wireless Internet connection.

In addition, Zelda Game and Guest Farm offers 10 campsites on green lawn, with a lot of shade from the surrounding trees. Very clean ablution facilities, including four showers and toilets for ladies and gents respectively are also provided. Every campsite has access to hot water and electricity, as well as barbecue and washing-up facilities.

Coming to Zelda means getting to know personal service on a rustic Namibian lodge with facilities intended to spoil you. After a hot summer day in the Kalahari Desert you are more than welcome to cool down and relax in our sparkling blue swimming pool in the midst of the green garden. Further refreshments are provided by our Baboona Bar, which can be followed by a typical Namibian dinner in our rustic and cosy restaurant. Our lapa features a cosy lounge with an open boma with a fireplace for the cool Namibian winter nights.

Children are more than welcome to stroll around the premises and explore our garden. We offer a variety of amusement for kids of every age such as a trampoline, a playground and volley ball court. We offer wireless Internet accessibility and we also have a curio shop in which you can buy souvenirs for your friends and family.

A holiday in Namibia is mainly characterized by two things; relaxation in a quiet and stunning country and breathtaking activities and experiences. Here at Zelda Game and Guest Farm we offer activities where you will meet some of the most fascinating people of the country, as well as some rare animal species that are not easy to spot. We offer one-hour game drives where you can see nearly 20 different species including giraffe, zebra, kudu, impala, wildebeest and springbok. At Zelda Game and Guest Farm we also offer cheetah and leopard feeding. There are several walking trails on the farm, or you can sit close to our waterhole or in the hide for game and bird watching. Our speciality is to combine several activities with the Nharo Bushmen who have inhabited the area of our farm for hundreds of years.
