Facilities

Young’s Halfway House is the perfect halfway stop for those travelling between Cape Town and Johannesburg. Located in Beaufort West on the main road, Young’s offers budget accommodation for families, couples, groups and business travellers.

Youngs’ offers family rooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedding is included. Guests can make use of safe parking with 24 hour security. We welcome all visitors, including pets, and have wheelchair access to the rooms. Guests can enjoy breakfast at Young’s restaurant and take a dip in the swimming pool after a long journey. There are also braai facilities available.

The room was clean and smelt nice, everyone was kind. There was just one major blemish to our stay. As my brother got into bed he felt that is was wet, when we looked we found a large wet patch on the bed.. it was urine!! Smelt like dog urine. I don't know who stayed there before or if there are dogs allowed in the room but the bed was definitely not cleaned for our stay. They where kind enough to offer another room, but the fact remains that that was pretty disgusting. Sorry to post this but I would have wanted to know this before booking.
