Facilities

Woodmere Lodge is a luxurious eight-sleeper house, set amongst indigenous rain forests and pine plantations. The house consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with DStv and a fireplace. Guests can enjoy walks and birding on the farm, or just relaxing by the pool, and the area also offers trout and bass fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, and adventure sports.

The shops and restaurants in the village are open daily, and there is a nearby cheese-making tour and a lovely cherry blossom nursery to walk around in for the food-lover. Come to our famous Spring Fair in September when all the cherry blossoms and crab apples are in bloom.

We had a wonderful stay here, very peaceful, a wonderful place to get away from the city and just relax. The 2 dogs, calf and lamb were great to have around..our girls just loved them. Amazing views. The home had everything, we just missed a microwave but it was kitted out with everything else we needed and more.

Had an amazing time at Woodmere lodge. Spacious house with all necessary comforts. Lina looked after us like a big sister. Will definitely recommend this to any large group visiting the Magoebaskloof area.
