It was just like visiting family or good friends we were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts in the garden were absolutely perfect. We had chosen the lagoon view room so we could watch the wildlife on the salt marsh of the lagoon and we were not disappointed. Christine and Alec were wonderfully generous hosts and I hope we shall meet them again one day. The security was first rate and very convenient for all local attractions and shopping. Very nice Hosts. Very private place to stay - just 2 rooms. House is located on Thesen Island, a private + very secure place. Very nice view from the lagoon room. Room with large balcony and the bathroom is especially very nice.

Description

The accommodation is set within a “Cape Cod” style house on the private, “Thesen Island” which is situated in Knysna’s beautiful lagoon.

Our modern well appointed en-suite, balconied, double accommodation includes, television and hot drink making facilities.

There is a North facing sun deck overlooking the lagoon and a plunge pool to cool off in.

We offer just two rooms within our private home to assure personal service to our guests

Breakfast is served between 7 and 10am and any special dietary requirements can be catered for by arrangement
