Description
Wind-Rose Guest House is a quiet, family orientated venue situated on the slopes of Firlands between Gordons Bay and Somerset West. Spectacular sea views can be seen over False Bay, ranging from Cape Point to Table Mountain, including the Hottentots Holland Mountain Range.
The guest house is situated on three acres of beautiful indigenous gardens, and offers eight large double en-suite bedrooms opening onto a private terrace where you can relax and enjoy magnificent views and spectacular sunsets.
All bedrooms can accommodate four guests with a king-size bed and a double sleeper couch. All rooms are equipped with air-conditioner, wireless Internet, satellite TV, bar fridges with minibar, hairdryer, safe, coffee and tea facilities, toiletries, and ironing facilities. A laundry service is also available.
We have an informal lounge and bar area with a full liquor license, perfect for mingling with other guests. The recreational room is equipped with a pool table and opens to an outside barbecue area, while breakfast is served in the dining room or on the verandah. The garden also features two private barbecue pits for the use of guests and their friends if they would like to entertain.
Wind-Rose is conveniently situated in an area that offers pristine beaches, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, water skiing, diving, whale watching, and wine tasting.
