Description
Westend House is a spacious home situated on the banks of the West Kleinemonde estuary, less than 1 km walk from a beautiful, safe swimming beach flanked by two saltwater lagoons. The home is built in and around the natural vegetation and is very private but secure.
The holiday village of Kleinemonde lies 15 km north-east of Port Alfred, on the R72 coastal road in the Eastern Cape Province, approximately halfway between East London and Port Elizabeth. Amenities include a small supermarket, cafe, bottle store, a restaurant and pub, tennis court and community hall, and activities include canoeing, boating, fishing, bird watching, swimming, surfing, dune boarding, hiking and horse-riding to name a few.
Westend House consists of two units, available to rent separately or as one unit. The upper level unit accommodates six guests and the lower level unit accommodates four guests. The property is serviced once a week, or more on request, and is fully fenced with a security system, electric gate and intercom. The house is not suitable for small children, due to the high decks, but is pet-friendly.

Accommodation comprises two large twin en-suite bedrooms with three-quarter beds, one with a free-standing bath and spacious walk-in shower. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen features a breakfast nook and dishwasher, and the lounge is equipped with a TV and DStv channels from the unit above. There is also a pantry and storage room and all the rooms have large sliding doors leading on to the deck.
