Wasa Lodge

Wasa Lodge lies on the edge of Lake Wasa in the eastern half of Kasanka National Park just 12 km from the park entrance. The lodge offers a choice of eight chalets right on the waters edge.

The lodge has a main building housing a bar, a dining room, a reception area and a verandah overlooking the lake. All the buildings have thatched roofs. The lodge offers self-catering accommodation and meals are cooked for guests by the resident chef. A fully inclusive package is also available on request.

Packed with biodiversity and rich in bird life, the park is also well known for bat migration that is claimed to be the largest mammal migration in the world. The park is very accessible throughout the year and a good tar road leads to the park. A network of all-weather roads still make it possible to view the beautiful area in the rainy season.
