Voivoda is nestled among the shade of avocado trees in a quiet, almost farm-like, environment with lovely sea views. the beach is a 15-minute walk away. The tidal pool is 3 km away ans suitable for children, Oribi Gorge Reserve is 20 km away and Port Shepstone is 8 km away. We have braai stands available and there is a general store and bowling club in the vicinity.

There are three units which cater for two and four people, 10 in total. Our prices vary from R170 to R300, depending on which unit you require. The facilities also vary according to the price.

During high season the unit prices apply unless otherwise arranged with us, and during high season a minimum stay of six nights is required. Children and toddlers pay full rate, regardless of age. We have no special facilities for people with disabilities and the very elderly.

When the night sky is clear we offer our guests the unique opportunity to observe the sky through our powerful telescope; a guided tour of the sky personally conducted by the owner, and of course free of charge. When visible, watch the mountains and craters on the Moon, the ring of Saturn, the satellites of Jupiter, star clusters, galaxies and many more.

Voivoda is family oriented establishment, its quiet and serene atmosphere is created for complete relaxation. Therefore the establishment is not suitable for people looking for a venue for loud parties.

Please kindly note that first-time guests to Voivoda will be expected to pay a R 700.00 refundable deposit upon arrival, and will be received upon departure should no house rules have been broken.
