Villa Vanessa is a delightful detached villa, perfect for those looking for peace and a relaxing holiday. Situated in Flic-en-Flac on the south west coast of Mauritius, this villa is in a very quiet tourist quarter and is less than five minutes’ walk to the popular long sandy Flic-en-Flac beach and all local amenities.

The villa has been completely refurbished, and is set in a secure gated community. The villa is very near the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and banks. There are also spas and plenty of diving and fishing tour operators nearby.

Enter through the front gate into a patio area with off-street parking for three cars. Features include a veranda with six garden chairs and a good sized front garden with coconut and palm trees, while upstairs are two balconies for relaxing with a cool drink on hot balmy evenings.

The front door leads into the open-plan lounge and dining area, which features an eight-seater dining table. The separate kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with plenty of cooking utensil and there is another four-seater table in the kitchen and plenty of storage space for your groceries. Upstairs, there is another seating area with soft furnishings and a balcony overlooking the garden. The villa is cleaned twice per week by the housekeeper, or more often if required for a small additional fee.
