This luxurious villa is situated in the prestigious Erinvale Golf Estate in Somerset West, in the heart of the Cape Winelands. With inspiring views of the Hottentots Holland and Helderberg mountains on three sides, the scenery is breathtaking throughout the year. Erinvale Golf Estate borders onto the two famous wine farms of Vergelegen and Lourensford, Morgenster Olive Farm and the Helderberg Nature Reserve. Erinvale also has direct access to the Nature Reserve, home to the Black Eagle, Gemsbok, tortoises and many other indigenous fauna and flora of the region. Gordon’s Bay and the Strand are only ten minutes away if you fancy a dip in the ocean, while Cape Town, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and the Cape Town Stadium are a comfortable 40 minute drive away.

For keen golfers, access can be arranged to the championship Erinvale Golf Course and other local courses. Somerset West and Stellenbosch are renowned for the quality and variety of their restaurants, and for those wishing to leave the car at home, the bars and restaurants of the Erinvale Hotel and the clubhouse are three minutes away by golf cart. There is also a spa on the property.

The villa comprises six en-suite bedrooms or it can be arranged as two interconnected, three en-suite bedroom villas. All bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with plenty of storage and hanging space. The bathrooms are finished and equipped to the highest standard. The villa boasts four reception areas, with the spacious sitting room opening out onto the garden on both sides featuring an elegant drinks area and of course wonderful views all around.

There is a second living room with LCD screen, satellite TV and DVD, and a third large living area comprising a desk, Internet access and a comfortable reading area. An equipped kitchen and separate scullery sit next to the magnificent dining room. You can also choose to eat outside on the verandah, where there is another large dining table. To the front of the house is a large patio with inspiring views of the Hottentot Holland mountains. There is also a heated swimming pool. The villa has exceptionally high ceilings with floor to ceiling glass to showcase the magnificent panoramic mountain views.
