Villa Moya 52 is an upmarket and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit situated in Manaba Beach, a sub-tropical part of KwaZulu-Natal Hibiscus Coast. It lies just south of St Michaels on Sea and Shelly Beach and roughly 6 km north of Ramsgate, another popular seaside town.
The apartment consists of an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with distant sea views. The complex has underground parking, a large swimming pool and excellent security. It is close to shopping malls as well as the beach.
In Manaba Beach you can swim, sunbathe, fish, kitesurf, paddle, canoe, windsurf, birdwatch, play golf and even spot the odd whale. In short, this is a beach holiday destination. During peak season, the coast is very popular because of the easy access to the larger centres of Port Shepstone and Durban.
Margate's swimming beach is a wonderful spot with fishing piers, shops, supermarkets and entertainment. For those days when weather works against you, there are other activities like wild-water rafting and barge trips on the Umzimkulu/Mzimkhulu River. In the same vicinity you can take a coffee tour in Echo Valley that overlooks part of Oribi Gorge.
