The dining room has a table and six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The lounge/TV area has a six seater lounge suite with coffee table. TV, DSTV(just need to take own smartcard with) DVD player. The lounge opens up onto the patio where there is a six seater patio set. Built in braai.

The ocean is about 2km away from the townhouse. There is a sea view from patio. Own garden. Lock up garage.
