As you enter the Villa a large reception hall area immediately welcomes you with a twin small staircase either side to the main Open Plan Dining and Kitchen Area. Large foldaway patio doors then allow the guest to walk immediately out to the large entertainments and pool garden area. With these doors open, you can truly appreciate the thought that has gone into the design and feel of the house opening up the inside to the outside entertainment area. Back into the kitchen/Dining area you have the choice of either a more formal seating arrangement on the elegant Dining Table and chairs or alternatively sit at the glass tabled breakfast bar area. This area immediately leads onto the lounge where two large leather couches invite you to seat down and either enjoy the view across the Golf Course or alternatively sit and watch your favourite sport / film from the large 42” Plasma Television with DVD Player and Satellite. Off of the lounge are two spacious and again well thought out Double Bedrooms, both of which have their own fully contained and private ensuites. Bedroom 2 also benefits from not only a separate shower, but also a large deep sunken bath. This bedroom is more suited to the swimmers amongst the group with direct and private access onto the pool area from this room. All bedrooms benefit from individually controlled Air-conditioning units as well as fully fitted uniquely designed Wardrobes throughout. Back into the main lounge area you will again find a complete set of fully folding doors out to the Swimming Pool and Entertainments area, perfect for them long hot sunny days. You can not miss the central point of the house design which is an elegant spiral staircase leading upto this Villas hidden secret…a second a more private Den/Lounge area complete with the Master Bedroom. This second Lounge is equal in size to the lower lounge and also boasts a twin set of character leather couches and second 42” Plasma TV. Walking through to the master bedroom you are confronted on the left with magnificent views across the Golf Course to Robben Island and beyond whilst to the right is situated an indulgent en-suite with a double sized shower and twin sink unit, again complete luxurious bath.
