Villa Adam is a modern, luxurious home, designed and decorated to the highest standards, catering for your every need. It is positioned in a great location in the trendy Camps Bay area and offers four stunning double or twin bedrooms.

The bedrooms are lovingly decorated and boast luxurious fittings and fixtures, flat-screen televisions, and fitted wardrobes. The rooms also include DVD and CD players, as well as a safe for valuables. For those chilly winter months, there are blankets and additional bedding for guests to use during their stay. The bedrooms are serviced by four bathrooms in total, allowing guests to keep private at all times, all appointed with power showers, luxurious towels, robes, and toiletries.

Leading from the lounge, in a separate area, is the dining area with sophisticated décor and lighting, allowing for intimate dining or family and group meals. The spacious lounges, which are light and airy and extremely well-appointed, feature doors leading onto the terrace and gardens. Located just off the second lounge, guests will find the study, offering a variety of local attractions and history books. This study also offers Internet access and a flat screen computer. There are even game consoles and DVD players in this area for entertainment purposes. The kitchen is bright, modern and fully fitted with appliances including a washing and drying machine, a fridge-freezer, and microwave. Ironing facilities are also available.

The pool is surrounded by lush gardens where guests can soak up the sun within the luxury of their own private surroundings. This area has been completely redesigned to offer the best in terms of view and sunlight. Loungers and pool towels are also provided for guests' use. The pool has an optional child safety fence which can be fitted if required and the property also has its own private driveway and car port with electronic gates.
