The more formal television lounge has a large window with a sofa placed facing the ocean, perfect for early mornings or watching the sun set. A gas fireplace in the lounge adds warmth to the evenings. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and leads directly off the dining area with its eight-seater dining table. The elevated entertainment deck overhangs the lap pool in the garden below. There is a cosy, covered outdoor area with a fireplace and dining area.

A double, tandem garage leads off Victoria Road and has direct access to the entrance pathway up the side of the house. The villa is within walking distance of Bakoven Beach and a five-minute drive from Camps Bay and Clifton beaches and restaurants. Victoria Road connects Llandudno and Hout Bay with Bakoven, Camps Bay and the city, so access is easy and convenient.
