Versamelnes Guest Unit

Versamelnes Guest Unit is situated in the bustling city of Upington, offering friendly service and neat, comfortable overnight accommodation for up to four people.

This air-conditioned unit consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room, as well as a more private corner with two single beds for the kids. The main bedroom has two single beds and the large bathroom has a comfortable dressing table and a shower. There is secure under-cover parking provided.

We are ideally situated as a stopover en-route to Namibia or the Augrabies, Kgalagadi or Richtersveld National Park. We are also within an easy travelling distance from the Namaqua National Park with its majestic flower display during August and September each year.

One of the interesting characteristics of this region is the area is known as the Green Kalahari. Upington is situated on the banks of the Orange River known as the Green Kalahari because of all the irrigated vineyards adjacent to the town; not as dry and desolate as the town is characterised.
